“Hiya everyone I am Chairman of Rotherham Schools Select Football and we are looking for a manager/ managers to work with an U8 squad. The squad would be selected via trials, with a date/time/venue to be confirmed asap. RSSF U8, U9 & U10 are run as development squads leading up to U11’s when league and cup competitions are in place with teams from Yorkshire and the North Midlands areas. Matches at U8 can be arranged with other authorities who operate U8’s or local Junior League teams. We are looking for coaches that have a minimum FA Level 1 Coaching qualification, plus DBS, Child Safe Guarding and Emergency Aid requisites. The applicants will work in an exciting venture and should be able to develop players in an enjoyable environment where there is no fear of failure. Representing your town at football is a great experience and honour, deserving of the kudos it carries.
