In accordance with our Club Constitution, Rawmarsh St Josephs JFC are providing a date for our 2021 AGM. We have to inform managers/coaches/parents that we are required to give 21 days notice that with effect from Sunday 8 August 2021 our 2021 AGM will be held on Sunday 29 August 2021. The proposed venue and start time will be provided accordingly.
The Clubs elected positions are:-
- Chairman
- Vice Chairman
- Treasurer
- Secretary
The position of ‘Club Manager and Child Welfare Officer’ are nominated positions by the newly elected committee members.
Anyone wishing to be considered for election of any of the above positions should inform the club secretary giving 14 days notice, ie of their intention to stand for any of the afore mentioned positions with effect from 15 August 2021.
Anyone wishing to make a proposal to our existing Constitution should inform the Club Secretary no later than 15 August 2021.
Anyone wishing to make a NEW proposal to our existing Constitution should inform the Club Secretary no later 15 August 2021.
