As a club we’re obliged to keep our Players, Management Teams and Volunteers safe. To support this we’ve written a Code of Conducts for both Players and Supporters to sign up to for the coming season. On agreeing to the Code of Conduct we expect all Players and Supporters to adhere to these principles during Season 2020/21.
As part of the player registration process we ask that all Players and all Supporters read the code of conduct and confirm their acceptance to it by completing the following form. You only need to complete the form once for each Player but please add in all Supporters names in the relevant box below.
